Our Return Policy

We offer instant money back guaranty but please review these Terms & Conditions carefully and understand them before you place an order. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including some important limitations and exclusions.

If you wish to return an item due to any reason or have any other issue, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, after 7 days we are not responsible except under extreme circumstances.

Item must be undamaged packaging and include over 50% of its content

The returned items must be unadulterated, and with original tags/labels attached.

For unwanted items, (If you order an expired Aunt Porridge product from any outlet or supermarket), we are customer friendly and considerate. Contact us we will have a way forward.

Our aim is to satisfy our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product or service, please contact us before leaving negative feedback. We will respond to you within 5 minutes and will do our best to resolve the issue. If you are satisfied, please give us 5 star positive feedback.

 What are the conditions for returning an item?

Proof of purchase – the document/receipt handed over to you together with the product on delivery.

We only can accept an item that has not been used with its original unopened packaging as it was sold. If your goods do not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. Please therefore do not dispose of the damaged item or packaging as this will void any claim.

If your goods need to be returned for replacement or repair after 2 days of your order initially being placed, we are not liable to pay for any costs incurred

 For items which are faulty on receipt, you must notify us on spot or within 1 day and we will either replace or refund the item subject to confirming that the item is faulty, We refund or replace provided that items are sent back in their original condition, are unused and unopened in their original packaging.

Items not eligible for Returns

We do not accept returns for items below. For such purchases, please inspect the item carefully upon delivery and if necessary reject it on the spot:

  • Products that have been altered from their original or opened by unauthorized personnel without permission.
  • Product with tampered or missing serial Universal Product Code numbers (UPC).
  • Products damaged due to misuse.   

What happens once I have returned an item?

We will perform a careful quality check.

If the claim is valid we will replace the according to your requested Product Replacement method.

The process is instant when your return request is submitted in normal working hours.

We keep track of all return requests and use the data to improve our product quality and service, as well as for customer profiling. Customers with unjustified/invalid returns will be engaged in the friendliest manner to settle for satisfaction

We are only a call a way and all items under certain conditions, can be replaced within a period of 2 days but we advise for an instant and quick contact from the time of delivery or Purchase.

Please ensure that the package of the returning item is in good condition for the replacement; any package found to be damaged will be rejected by our team and given back after quality check is done.

On delivery, kindly ensure to verify that the item delivered is in good condition and reject if it does not match your order. In case you accept it from the delivery agent, you can still return it within 2 days (with seal not broken).

Do I have to return all products in my order?

No, you do not have to return your entire order. You can return only the expired product(s).

We don’t have a final word on this, it will depend on the circumstances and through communication and talking to you we will strike a comfort point

We will only be liable if the missing item is reported on the spot. Please ensure to countercheck during pickup/delivery to confirm if all the mentioned items (What’s in the box) have been delivered.
