    A special composite of 12 flours mixed into one porridge, with added galactagogues (breast milk stimulators)  for mothers with low breast milk supply. Mix 2 table spoons of Aunt Porridge into half a cup of water to make a paste. Pour the paste into boiling milk or water. Stir for 10 minutes.
